We offer a truely bespoke in home service. When you become one of our clients, we are there to support your technology needs on a 24 x 7 basis. Most issues can be resolved by remotely connecting into your computer and we usually are able to do this within a few minutes. Some of the services we cover include:
SME IT SUPPORT
The cost of having onsite IT Support can be rather expensive, especially when you add in holiday and sick leave cover to keep your infrastructure running.
For our SME's we offer a 24 x 7 virtual IT Consultant. Because we have complete access to everything on the network, we are able to resolve issues extremely fast. Having a team of us means that we're never on holiday and we're never off sick. With one quick call to a local rate number, we swiftly remote in to solve any issue. And if we cant resolve the issue remotely, we can be onsite within 2 hours (30 minutes in case of critical failure).
Outscourcing your IT to us, means that you pay one flat fee and that we are always reachable, even when you might be travelling abroad. There's no lengthy contracts and no complicated support limits.
MEDICAL CLIENTS

MEDIA
Every media client is different. And we understand that at Soho IT.
Some of our clients have us come onsite to make sure that there is a technician to support the offices while the in house IT guy is on holiday or off sick. While there, we cover off odd jobs that need doing like computer repairs or laptop support.
Other clients have us manage their IT completely. We're onsite 2 - 3 days a week and the rest of the time is covered by a remote support contract under a Virtual IT Team.
And some have us host their servers for them. We manage their email and file servers so that they dont have to have an expensive, high level IT Support technician in the office.
